Formerly with KRON-TV Channel 4 News in San Francisco, Lee Thompson has been behind-the-camera for many years of experience in Business Video Communications.

He started in Telecopter 4 unit in 1983 which required to report to Oakland International Airport on a daily basis for breaking stories during peak news hours 3:00pm - 6:00pm.  Over a period of a year he covered fires, earthquakes, rescues with CHP and other spot news as it happened.

During the time at KRON-TV Channel 4, he worked on the ground also that covered President Reagan and Queen Elizabeth's visit to San Francisco and interviews with Bob Hope, Sammy Davis Jr., Jerry Lewis, and Willie Mays and other celebs.  The news business at the time was exciting and the experience of working with many talented people in all aspects of the news operation was amazing. The station and the people were inspiring  The job led to other stations and opened the door to other opportunities.
